Dance North County offers swing dance lessons in North County San Diego for all ages and dance levels. Our swing program includes classic swing, jitterbug, and lindy hop dance styles taught in a fun, easy-to-understand way. Whether you’re brand new to dance or looking to improve your swing technique, our classes are designed to be welcoming, engaging, and enjoyable.
Dr. Dance Right offers salsa dance classes at Dance North County for dancers of all ages and experience levels. Our salsa lessons focus on clear instruction, strong fundamentals, and real-world dancing skills, making them structured, easy to follow, and fun. With an approachable teaching style, students build timing, footwork, partner connection, and musicality in a welcoming, social environment—whether stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or refining their technique.
Wednesday Salsa Beginner & Intermediate Dance Classes
Beginning
Mondays 6:00–7:00 PM
$40 per month
This beginner salsa dance class is ideal for those new to salsa or returning to dance after time away. Students learn essential salsa fundamentals including timing, basic footwork, simple turn patterns, and partner connection in a clear, easy-to-follow format. No partner or prior dance experience is required, making this class welcoming and approachable for all levels.
Inter/Advanced
Mondays 7:00–8:00 PM
$40 per month
This intermediate salsa dance class is designed for dancers who are comfortable with the basic salsa steps and ready to progress. The class focuses on smoother transitions, expanded combinations, improved lead-and-follow technique, and musicality, helping dancers feel more confident and natural on the dance floor.
